Rebirth Canal + Angel Adedokun: A Covid-Conscious Concert
Join us for an evening of original jazz & soul music so fresh it sounds like tomorrow! This is a masks-required concert for the covid-conscious community and those who love us. Doors at 6:30, music at 7.
Artists
San Francisco's Camille Mai is an artist who keeps every door open. A pianist, vocalist, composer and leader of the uncategorizable band Rebirth Canal, shes created a protean body of songs infused with Latin American rhythms, French Chanson, traditional Vietnamese modes, jazz improvisation, and far beyond. Her stellar bandmates include Daniel Riera on flute and EWI (Electronic Wind Instrument), Shawn Myers on drums, and Kevin Goldberg on upright bass - a handpicked lineup born of the Covid-Conscious community. Their next stop: the 2025 Jazz Festival in Havana, Cuba!
