Bruce Hamm (sarode) is a formal disciple (gandabandha shishya) of Ustad Ali Akbar Khan. He has performed on sarod all over the world and has played onstage with his Guru. He has played with many of India's leading tabla players, including Pandit Swapan Chaudhuri. He is a respected teacher in the Bay Area.

Joanna Mack (sitar) began her journey into classical sitar in 1997 in Kolkata under Pandit Deepak Choudhury. She then had the honor to attend classes at the Ali Akbar College Music. She now continues with regular master classes with Sitarist Pandit Partha Chatterjee and Sarodia Bruce Hamm. She teaches and performs in a variety of venues worldwide.
