Tlet Mori Kapwa // تلات 森 ᜃᜉ᜔ᜏ is Camellia Boutros, Michael Morales, and Kumi Maxson. Their name has no direct translation, but evokes themes of oneness and environment. Embracing both playful exploration and solemn veneration, the trio builds on their long relationship as friends and diasporic musical collaborators to find expression for our complex times through improvised vignettes. The diverse sonic worlds of electrified tasqim, avant garde jazz, and experimental tape looping come together to create a unique sound that calls upon the universal.
